Designed to empower young people as they transition into young adults, engaging them in activities that challenge, build confidence, and develop essential skills.
As a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader, you’ll have a direct impact on participant experience. Your role will involve encouraging, facilitating, and supporting the development of young people within your team. Working closely with a dedicated team, ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes while prioritising participant enjoyment, respect, behaviour management, and safety throughout.

Salary Range: up to £460.78 per ‘week’
(dependent on role & experience)
Seasonal temporary contract, three days over Summer 2026
Tuesday 21st – Thursday 23rd July 2026
Newcastle, with transport and meals provided.
