Join NYBEP for an exciting opportunity as we recruit a number of people to join our team, to support our 2024 summer residential programmes.
These programmes are designed to empower young people as they transition into young adults, engaging them in activities that challenge, build confidence, and develop essential skills.
As a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader, you’ll have a direct impact on the participant experience. Your role will involve encouraging, facilitating, and supporting the development of young people within your team. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of our programs while prioritising participant enjoyment, respect, behaviour management, and safety throughout.
At NYBEP, our success stems from our dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate team. We’re looking for individuals with a range of skill sets who share our values and commitment to supporting young people’s development and achievements.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to equip them with the specialist knowledge and skills needed. This training will cover NYBEP’s ethos, safeguarding, health & safety, and residential aspects. Additionally, applicants will need to complete an enhanced DBS check and undergo First Aid training, with all costs covered by NYBEP.
