Schools & Colleges

Enhancing and enriching the curriculum in schools and colleges, by engaging employers to deliver work related learning.

How do we do it?

Our dedicated team understand the pressures schools and colleges face which is why we work with each school or college individually to tailor our programmes to fit the needs of their learners.

Through providing information, advice and guidance we can help education providers to achieve a better fit between what is offered to young people and the needs of the labour market. We have enhanced the opportunities which can be accessed by young people, including both core and vocational provisions.

All our products and services address 1-7 of the Gatsby Benchmarks for Good Careers Guidance.

What we offer?

  • Learning experiences that help to contextualise the curriculum to the world of work.
  • Assistance with the coordination of work experience placements, including practical guidance.
  • The facilitation and support of partnerships within communities between a wide range of partners from the education, voluntary and private sectors.
  • Enhancement of the career and personal development curriculum to encourage the increase of motivation, aspirations and achievements.
